Playing

Pocket Pier's games are free to play in your browser. There's nothing to buy yet. If paid extras arrive, their price and exactly what you get will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated first.

Your progress

Progress is saved to your browser and to our server as a guest. If you clear your browser's data before your progress has synced, or delete your data on the privacy page, it can't be recovered. We look after saves carefully, but they're provided as is.

Playing fair

Please don't cheat leaderboards, overload the site, or scrape or copy the games. We may reset scores or block traffic that does.

Sharing

You're welcome to share your scores, screenshots and replay links anywhere. The games, art, Chips the gull and the Pocket Pier name belong to us; please don't reuse them for your own products.

The small print

The site is provided as is, without warranties, and we may change or retire games over time. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer where you live.
